These terms describe use of the Goosie Games website and Calm Clear. Any additional terms for a future game will be identified with that game.

Using our website and games

You may browse the website and use our games for your personal enjoyment, subject to these terms and any applicable app-store terms. Please use them lawfully. Do not interfere with their security or operation, distribute malicious software, or manipulate leaderboard scores.

Our content

Game software, artwork, branding and website content belong to Goosie Games or their respective rights holders. Playing a game does not transfer ownership of that content. You may share ordinary gameplay screenshots for personal discussion or reviews. Other copying, redistribution or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.

Purchases and refunds

Optional Calm Clear purchases are processed by Google Play. Check the item description and price before purchasing. Google Play’s payment terms and refund process apply alongside your statutory rights. Contact support@goosiegames.com if a purchase does not work as described.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Beta testing and availability

Calm Clear is currently in Android beta testing. Features and appearance may change, and bugs or interruptions can occur. We aim to keep the website and games useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. These statements do not limit your statutory rights.

Progress and Google services

Calm Clear stores progress locally. Clearing app data, uninstalling or changing devices can result in lost progress. We cannot promise recovery of deleted local data. Google Play Billing and Play Games Services are provided by Google under its own terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. Revised terms and their effective date will be published here, with additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen from a purchase.
